The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a personal counseling service provided as an employee benefit. It is completely confidential and paid for by the employer. There is no co-pay or out-of-pocket cost for EAP services. 

The professional counselors can provide support, counseling and coaching over the phone or by e-mail, or refer you to a therapist near your home or workplace.
