The position of janitor is needed for Fire Station No. 3 @ 2446 64th Ave, Zeeland, Michigan. Responsibilities would be to clean after each use, thorough cleaning twice a year, windows washed twice a year, and floor stripped and waxed one a year. Snow is to be removed from sidewalks in winter, weeds removed from around building and shrub areas, and shrubs trimmed in summer. Building is used twice weekly for shuffle boarding, one time per week for fire dept, and approximately 45 times a year for rentals. Opening before each rental is also a requirement.
